Vanessa Gardiner - The paintings on show in this exhibition are based on just two specific aras of the Cornish coastline: the North Cornish coast, from which I have been working for over ten years - a dramatic landscape of sheer, dark-slate cliffs and tidal inlets - and more recently, Lansallos Beach on the South coast.
Alex Lowery - In addition to paintings from my on-going West Bay series, the work included in this show stems from experiences of Portland and from a tract of heath close to where I live.
